   Neck pain is not usually caused by a serious problem and usually resolves within 4 to 6 weeks.  The following exercises may be helpful:

   ● Good turn:

   Turn your head to one side until the muscles start to feel tense and stay in that position for 5 seconds and then repeat the same process on the other side.

   ● Nick Tilt Down:

   Gently bend your neck towards your chest and leave it in that position for a few moments and repeat the same process several times.

   ● Good Tilt:

   Bend your head to one shoulder until it feels stretched and keep the head in the same position for 5 seconds and then repeat the same process on the other side.

   ● Good stretch:

   Tension your muscles by pushing your back a little and stay in that position for 5 seconds and repeat this process 5 times.

   Treatment of neck stiffness:

   ● Heat or ice pack:

   20 minutes of ice cubes can significantly reduce inflammation.  In the same way, after taking a bath with hot water, you feel calm.

  Home Remedies for Shoulder Pain
  Cool sky
  Cold sores are great for shoulder pain.  Cold sores are heard in the affected area which reduces irritation and discomfort.
  ۔  Put ice cubes in a plastic bag and wrap in a thin towel.
  Leave on the affected area for ten to fifteen minutes.
  Do it several times a day.

  Hot sky

  Add two cups of Epsom salt and dissolve.

  Massage
  Massage also reduces shoulder pain.  A light massage helps to reduce muscle tension.  In addition, it reduces swelling and stiffness by increasing blood circulation.  Get a massage from someone who can do a good massage.  You can use olive, sesame or mustard oil for massage.

  Turmeric

  Apple cider vinegar
  Mix two cups of pure apple cider vinegar in a hot water bathtub.
  Put the shoulders in this water for twenty to thirty minutes.  Do this once a day.
  You can also mix a teaspoon of vinegar and a little honey in a glass of warm water and drink it twice a day.
  Ginger
  Drink two to three cups of ginger tea daily.
  To make tea, boil a tablespoon of finely chopped ginger in one and a half to two cups of water for ten minutes. After filtering, mix honey and drink it.

  When lying down, lean against the shoulder and keep the crotch.
