   Tension your muscles by pushing your back a little and stay in that position for 5 seconds and repeat this process 5 times.

  Home Remedies for Shoulder Pain

  You can also mix a teaspoon of vinegar and a little honey in a glass of warm water and drink it twice a day.
  Drink two to three cups of ginger tea daily.
  To make tea, boil a tablespoon of finely chopped ginger in one and a half to two cups of water for ten minutes. After filtering, mix honey and drink it.
